White House Meats - sign up for a share of grass-fed beef, pork, chicken and eggs from local farms. Pick up at a "Meat Up" (at least two a month usually on Capitol Hill or in Adams Morgan). You'll learn about the meat and how to prepare it--maybe chat with the farmer who raised the animal.
