DC Brau will be working with Burnside Farms in Haymarket VA to dispose of our Brewery Waste. Brewery Waste has long been known as an excellent addition to animal feed, as well as, a great aid in composting and fertilization. Burnside will act as a hub for Northern VA farmers to pick ours up. In addition, we plan to use some of our own waste to fertilize a crop of hops that has been planted on the Burnside property. This will, most likely, only be enough hops for a single batch run but we do plan on making this a limited annual release.

In a comfortable setting, just across the street from the historic Uptown Theater in Cleveland Park, Ripple offers a complete dining experience, with a focus on sustainability, organic and locally-acquired produce, and a good time. We are proud to support local farmers and co-ops in our mission to bring the best products to the table. In addition, we have an extensive wine, beer and cocktail menu, to complete any meal. Above all, we believe in hospitality and hope that everyone who dines with us will feel comfortable and enjoy their time with us. We truly are a place to eat, drink, and gather.

MidCity neighborhood restaurant and bar with a fresh approach to dining and cocktails. Eclectic menu inspired by supporting local farms and New American cuisine. In operation for over 10 years.

Sonoma's mission is to highlight the Mid-Atlantic's best naturally-raised and local ingredients and pair the creations with the best American and Italian wines.

Sonoma and Blue Ridge are the ventures of longtime friends Eli Hengst and Jared Rager. The duo, who met as undergrads at Middlebury College, went into business together in 2002 and dedicated themselves to developing neighborhood restaurants.

We strive to integrate sustainable practices in all our restaurants: from sourcing local ingredients, to our use of renewable energy sources, we aspire to be more than just a culinary trend-setter.

We like summer vacation at the beach. That’s why we decided to open a lobster shack in the middle of the city for those days we couldn’t make the drive. Tackle Box is the second project from Pure Hospitality Restaurant Group, led by Jonathan Umbel. Situated just next door to big brother Hook Restaurant, Tackle Box is the casual, sustainable seafood option in Georgetown.
